Javier Marin is the President and Principal Designer of Jemy Design.

Javier has over 35 years of experience in design, construction, and development of residential and commercial buildings in Florida and Latin America. He received his Degree in Architecture from the Universidad La Gran Colombia in Bogotá, Colombia, and became a member of the American Institute of Architects in 2012. Javier has participated in the following projects across Florida:  Brickell 2 Townhouses, Brickell 3 Townhouses, Brickell Courts, Brickell Roads Atriums, Thomas Jefferson Hotel, Habitat 2 Residences, Downtown Garden Condominium, Las Villas Apartments, Houses in Coconut Grove,  Pol Horizons 1 Apartments, East River Living Condominium, Parkside Place Townhouses, Wynwood Atriums, and Smart Brickell 1 Hotel-Condominium.
